In the role of Category Management Analyst working in Chicago, IL you will be part of the Molson Coors Commerial COE team. This person will support the chain team to advance the business.
This position reports to Chain Sales Analytics Manager and works closely with the CCOE and the sales teams.
The Responsibilities:
- Provides critical insights and analytical support with the Chain team to drive the beer category & capturing a disproportionate share of growth
- Provide understanding of category, channel, and shopper insights to sales teams through syndicated & internal data and how that aligns with retailer’s strategy & business goals
- General performance reporting – to track, measure, and communicate results
- Subject Matter Expert over custom system to track chain mandates or required distribution at the chain outlet level. Understands the process to build out mandate communications and track mandate gaps at the distributor-store-pack level.
- Ad hoc projects to support Chain and Sales Analytics team

- You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
- You are serious about results and take pride in a proven track record in delivering. You are curious and dig into data and search for answers.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or another relevant field
- You have at least 2 years' experience in data analysis and/or category/space management in the consumer or direct store delivery industries
